Yes! Inside your car is your personal space. We don't need (or want :) to go there. Just leave your gas tank open if it locks with your car.
You will be asked to confirm your delivery in the app about 45 minutes before delivery. If your vehicle isn't accessible and ready to refill, simply cancel the delivery in the app. Once confirmed, we will arrive and refill the vehicle. You can adjust your refill schedule and turn on or off automatic refill scheduling at any time.
While the fees and rates vary with market conditions, essentially we aim to charge the same price per gallon as your local gas station, plus a small delivery fee.
